I have known Mike at True Cost Mortgages in Liverpool for over 18 months and I fully appreciate his attention to detail and level of professional reputation in the local market. His knowledge on topics such as adverse credit mortgages, first time buyer mortgages and retirement interest only mortgages is top notch. Together with Lennie who specialises in Equity Release they cover the full range of mortgage requirements that would cater for anyone looking for the specialist advice they provide.I have no hesitation in recommending Mike to anyone in the Liverpool area in need of independent mortgage advice.

Mike and Lennie couldn't be more helpful in the mortgage process, from day 1 everything was explained and the best mortgage was sourced. Also after the mortgage was approved Lennie kept in touch and nothing was to much trouble, either texting, phoning or emailing each other at all hours of the day and night. I would recommend Mike and Lennie to anyone who needs advice on insurance or mortgages. We now think of them as friends not advisors.

I really couldn't recommend Mike at True Cost Mortgages enough. He has been amazing from the beginning. I am currently at the final stages of the process now with the Mortgage in place just waiting to exchange. Mike has remained in contact throughout and the guidance has been invaluable. I am a first time buyer and I originally contacted Mike at True Cost Mortgages because I wasn't sure if my circumstances meant I could get a mortgage. From the first phone call Mike was honest, knowledgeable and put my mind at ease. He is extremely friendly and easy to talk to but completely professional as well. Not only did Mike secure me a Mortgage, which at the time I really didn't believe was going to be possible, he also made sure he found me a really good rate with a well known lender. He done extensive research and came back to me with 3-4 different illustrations before making the final decision of who to apply with. All the leg work is done by him and all I had to do was provide documentation and proof. Mike was always on hand for a call, email or text. Even when he was trying to enjoy a holiday in Portugal (as we were at the most important stage of the application). I honestly can't think him enough. I would urge anyone who is thinking of getting a Mortgage but is not confident with their circumstances whether that be credit file, income, self employment etc to call True Cost Mortgages. Mike has been worth every penny and I will be 100% using him again in the future, when the time comes to look at remortgaging.

I couldn't recommend True Cost Mortgages enough, when it came to buying our first house, we had no clue where to even start. True Cost Mortgages advised us on our mortgage options explaining every detail, took all of the stress out of process by communicating on a daily basis with what steps we needed to take next. A very professional and friendly service, would highly recommend to anyone looking for a mortgage.

The biggest purchase of our lives was a terrifying thought for a couple who knew nothing about mortgages. True cost mortgages really cared that we got the right deal for us, they were able to search a huge range of deals meaning we didn’t have to do the research ourselves. They take great care in ensuring their clients completely understand the costs involved in each deal before making their decision. They were patient, professional and nothing was too much trouble. We would encourage anyone else looking for a mortgage to use this company. Thank you Mike and Lennie!
